Job Description: We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician who is also adept at general handyman tasks to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, along with a broad skill set in general home and property maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
- HVAC Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including heating units, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding their HVAC systems and maintenance needs.
- Handyman Duties:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Address various home and business maintenance needs such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and repairing minor structural issues.
- Assist with installations of appliances, fixtures, and other equipment as needed.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or relevant technical training preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role.
- Broad knowledge of general handyman tasks and repair techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
